Yush, "there has been no official result released" is not the proper English

"there have been no official results released" is better. Or you can simply say "but so far no official results have been released". The implication is that there are multiple possible results, and none of them has been released.

If you are certain that there is only one possible result, then you should say "the official result has not been released". But in Xiao's case, we know there are many possible results.
