转基因技术有这么多年了研究基因表达的技术都有了，应该早就有很多人测过常规育种过程中基因表达的变化有多大了吧？有综述吗？

要是跟反转基因人士说：常规育种出来的小麦有时候抗病毒相关的基因过表达，我们真不知道这些基因的功能，也不知道这些基因过表达之后会对环境和人健康的影响，怎么办？
