The knowledge economy is a term that refers either to an economy of knowledge focused on the production and management of knowledge in the frame of economic constraints, or to a knowledge-based economy.

A key concept of the knowledge economy is that knowledge and education (often referred to as "human capital") can be treated as one of the following two:

1. A business product, as educational and innovative intellectual products and services can be exported for a high value return.
2. A productive asset

我还是没有看出来这样一个经济模式怎么被权力经济颠覆了。教育和知识在中国不是产业化了吗？现在没有了吗？再说我也没有找到权力经济的定义。大概作者还没有来得及普及他的先进概念。你举的例子是政府干预经济的例子，国有企业里面的人就不叫白领？只要经济产出和生产率不变，工作机会就不会变，就算是经济成分从私有到国有倾斜，对雇员来说就是跳槽的问题，何来黑领升起，白领凋零？
